Shellac UV Varnish Base Coat Wear Extender

Base coat to extend the life of a Shellac varnish coating.

Benefits of Shellac Base Coat Wear Extender:

• Compatible with Shellac color varnishes and top coats
• Extends the wear time of a Shellac varnish coating by up to 3 weeks
• Improves the appearance of nails and provides a more even surface by smoothing out ridges and imperfections

Shellac Base Coat Wear Extender Instructions

• Prepare your nails and remove all traces of dust;
• Use a cotton pad soaked in Scrub Fresh to dehydrate the nail;
• Apply a very thin layer of Shellac Base Coat Wear Extender and cure under a UV/LED lamp*;
• Apply a first layer of Shellac color (thin layer), cure under a UV/LED lamp*;
• Apply a second coat of Shellac color (thin layer), cure for 2 minutes under a UV/LED lamp*;
• Apply a layer of Shellac Top Coat of your choice, cure under a UV/LED lamp*
• Remove the sticky layer with an alcohol swab (optional step when using Shellac No-Wipe Top Coat);
• Apply cuticle oil to finish the application!

*Lamp times will vary depending on the model and power of the lamp used.

Storage of Shellac Base Coat Wear Extender

Shellac Base Coat Wear Extender bottles can be stored at room temperature, preferably away from sunlight.
